The invention relates to the means of controlling the movement of vehicles and can be used to forcibly stop vehicles.
A device for stopping vehicles is known, comprising a plate for interacting with a vehicle, hinged by a front end on a base that can be rotated in a longitudinal vertical plane, connected by a kinematic linking to said plate, a stopping plate hingedly mounted on a base by a rear end that can be turned longitudinal vertical plane and locking with the lock in a horizontal position, with the kinematic connection being configured to bills in a charged or discharged position.
A disadvantage of the known device is the impossibility of warning the driver to prohibit driving.
The purpose of the invention is to increase safety by providing a warning to the driver that travel is prohibited.
The locking device is installed with the possibility of opening by one of the elements of the specified kinematic connection, the stopping plate is constantly pressed by a powerful spring, the plate for interacting with the vehicle with the charged position of the kinematic connection is installed vertically.
In addition, the kinematic link contains a pusher mounted with the possibility of horizontal movement in the longitudinal direction and interacting with one end with a clamp for disabling it, an emphasis pivotally connected to the other end of the pusher and mounted rotatably in the longitudinal vertical plane, the emphasis is spring-loaded to the base The device may be provided with control levers rigidly connected respectively to the stop and the plate.
Figure 1 schematically shows the proposed device in the unlocked position: figure 2 is the same, in the locked position.
The device is a solid base 1 of small thickness over which vehicles move. On this basis, a metal metal grating stopping plate Zc is pivotally mounted on axis 2 with two or more wings. These wings are distributed and interconnected, like a rake tooth, through flooring.
A notch 4, made in the wings, holds them in a horizontal position under the action of a clamp 5, counteracting the action of the compressed spring 6, which tends to push the plate 3 into a vertical position.
Adjustable stop 7 limits the removal of the plate 3 to a given angle. The latch 5 is experiencing pressure of the spring 8 in focus

The stop 9 is pivotally connected by an axis 12 with the possibility of sliding in the guide 10, rigidly connected to the base 1, and subjected to the action of a spring 13, which tends to set it in position
with a downward slope. The movements of the anvil 9 are controlled by the operator by means of the control lever 14, which is set in position by the spring 13.
Control lever 15 sets
vertically or horizontally, the plate 16, allowing or prohibiting the passage of vehicles, is driven along axis 17 by lever 18, which slides on base 1 and can come into contact with stop 9 when it is in an idle position under the action of spring 13 without operator intervention.
The device is controlled as follows.
The operator has levers 14 and 15 controls. In the off position, the plate 16 is positioned vertically, which is carried out by means of the control lever 15. By the vertical action of the stopping plate 3, the spring 6 is tensioned prior to the introduction of the lock 5 into the recess 4, which leads to the installation of the system. Plate 3 is horizontally mounted on base 1 and locked.
